Where is my order?

You can check your order status and details by logging in to your account.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Shop Pay and Paypal Express Checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-8 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order. Please note, we are only able to cancel orders within the first 2 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible

Will I receive A notification or tracking number when my order shops?

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us.

What are your bottles made out of?

Here at Mint Berry, we take health and quality very seriously. All of our plastic water bottles are BPA free.

Is the Mint Berry water bottle dishwasher safe?

All our bottles are hand washed only. Please do not use the bottles in the dishwasher. Because the heat from most dishwashers can damage the beautiful coating finish on the exterior.

Does Mint Berry offer a warranty?

Yes. All products carry a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. If there is any problem, just contact us, we will handle it immediately.

What is your return policy?

Mint Berry products can be returned to receive a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After more than 30 days, we will not grant a refund.
